The Basics
Weekend Weddings
Woodlawn has teamed up with Sweet Pea Weddings to offer our 2025 wedding couples the sweetest package! Our weekend wedding packages now include exclusive use of all The Barn's rental spaces and public areas including the adjacent patio for 4 hours to set up and rehearse on Friday, 8 hours for your wedding day on Saturday with day-of coordination, and 4 hours to break down on Sunday. Additional rental hours may be purchased if available.
Starting at $5,000 for weddings of up to 50 guests
Starting at $6,000 for weddings of up to 100 guests
Starting at $7,000 for weddings of up to 150 guests
Weekday Elopements & Micro Weddings
We offer a special weekday package for Elopements and Micro Weddings of under 40 guests. Available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, this package includes exclusive use of all The Barn's rental spaces and public areas including the adjoining patio for 8 hours on your wedding day. Additional rental hours may be purchased if available. Day-of coordination is not included.

Indoor Space
The Baker Center can accommodate up to 80 guests for an indoor seated reception with a dancefloor. The Baker Center will provide the backdrop for your reception while the upstairs Chauffeur's Room and Stable Hand Room provide getting ready space for the wedding party. The Barn's reception area can be used to expand your event space and can be used for buffet tables, cocktail hour, etc. Larger weddings of up to 150 guests may be accommodated by utilizing the patio for your seated reception.
Outdoor Space
The adjoining patio can be used for your ceremony, cocktail hour, lawn games and photos, or an entire outdoor reception! Woodlawn does not offer a tent or outdoor furniture at this time, but you are welcome to rent these items for your event. The patio offers access to power for your caterer's equipment.
Ceremonies
There is no additional fee to hold your ceremony at Woodlawn. Woodlawn's grounds and trails remain open to the public from dawn to dusk each day, so privacy is not a guarantee. Woodlawn does not provide ceremony furnishings or officiant services.

We're so happy you picked us! To confirm your date, we will need a signed contract, $1,000 damage deposit, and 25% payment.
30 Days Out!
Final payment, vendor questionnaire, full event timeline, floorplan, and proof of insurance are all due at this time.
