Whether you are looking for a venue for a board meeting, community event, or conference, The Barn has something for everyone. Three dedicated spaces can be rented individually or together to fit a variety of needs and budgets. History meets modern conveniences
in a state of the art event center on the footprint of the Black family's original barn. The Barn is ADA compliant and climate controlled, with wifi throughout the building and Smart TVs in each rental space to meet the needs of our community.​
Historical elements such as preserved barn doors and horse stalls remind us of the Black family's story and the barn's original purpose.
The Baker Center
The Baker Center is our largest rental space at 1,600 sq ft. This room can accommodate approximately 80 guests at tables, up to approximately 100 with auditorium style seating, or 125 with standing room only. This room is equipped with two Smart TVs and has direct patio access.
The Chauffeur's Room
The Chauffeur's Room is located on the 2nd floor of The Barn. At 448 sq ft, this room is perfect for meetings and programs for approximately 30 people seated auditorium style or 18 people seated at tables. This room is equipped with one Smart TV.

The Stable Hand Room
The Stable Hand Room is located on the 2nd floor of The Barn. Our smallest rental space, this room is 250 sq ft and can accommodate approximately 16 people with a boardroom setup. This room can be rented with or without a Smart TV.
